Summer Cash Cube Promo
Saturday Night, May 29 & Sunday Night, May 30, 2004
4 Lucky Contestants, each night, Will Have 60 Seconds To Grab Their Share of $2,500
Each contestant also wins a Family Admission Four Pack to the Bristol Renaissance Faire
















1. No purchase necessary to win. You must be 18 years of age or over to participate. Proof of age required.
2. Admission fee is required to enter the track, but is not required to receive a contest entry form.
3. Participants must be present at Dairyland Greyhound Park to win.
4. Hand print your name, age and address on the official entry form and submit it into any of the official entry form boxes.
5. A total value of $2,500 in cash and wagering certificates will be placed in the Cash Cube at the beginning of the promotion on Saturday night, May 29, 2004 & Sunday Night, May 30, 2004 in the following denominations: CASH: fifty (50) $1 bills, ninety (90) $5 bills, thirty (30) $10 bills; fifteen (15) $20 bills; five (5) $50 bills and four (4) $100 bills. WAGERING CERTIFICATES: one-hundred and thirty (130) $2 wagers; eighty-eight (88) $5 wagers; five (5) $10 wagers. Prize coupons will also be inserted as determined by Dairyland Greyhound Park. Wagering certificates are valid for live or simulcast wagering at Dairyland Greyhound Park and must be used by the end of simulcasting on the night they are won. Wagering certificates not used by this time are no longer valid and have no value. Wagering certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used for simulcast or live racing wagering at Dairyland Greyhound Park. Wisconsin Division of Gaming Rules concerning placing wagers apply. Contestants keep all money won from placing wagers with their wagering certificates.
6. Contestants that are selected at random agree to enter the cash cube for 60 seconds. Contestants may not substitute or proxy anyone else to enter the cash cube for them. If the person drawn does not want to participate, another contestant will be drawn at random.
7. All contestants must wear the supplied protective eyewear (goggles) before entering the cash cube and must wear them during the entire time they are in the cash cube.
8. The object for the contestant in the cash cube is to grab as much of the floating cash, certificates and prize coupons as possible within 60 seconds and to pass the caught items through the slot located on the front of the cash cube. Only cash, certificates or coupons passed through the slot to the outside of the cash cube will be considered the contestant’s winnings.
9. When in the cash cube, contestants may not - pick money, certificates & coupons off the floor, reach below their knees, grab money, certificates & coupons off the walls or ceiling of the cash cube, start before the cash cube is turned on, stuff money, certificates & coupons in their pockets, use clothing to trap the money, certificates & coupons, cling money, certificates & coupons to their body after catching it or trap money, certificates & coupons against the walls of the cash cube with their arms or other parts of their body.
10. Any violation of rule 9 will result in the machine being shut off. The rules will then be explained one final time and if the second chance also results in a violation, the contestant will forfeit their chance in the cash cube.
11. The second contestant drawn will vie for an amount of cash, certificates and coupons that is determined by subtracting the amount of cash, certificates and coupons won by the first contestant from the total amount of cash, certificates and coupons available in the cash cube.
12. The third contestant drawn will vie for an amount of cash, certificates and coupons that is determined by subtracting the amount of cash, certificates and coupons won by the first and second contestants from the total amount of cash, certificates and coupons available in the cash cube.
13. The fourth contestant drawn will vie for an amount of cash, certificates and coupons that is determined by subtracting the amount of cash, certificates and coupons won by the first, second and third contestants from the total amount of cash, certificates and coupons available in the cash cube.
14. Dairyland Greyhound Park reserves the right to add cash, certificates and coupons after each contestant, not to exceed the total number of cash bills, wagering certificates and prize coupons initially placed in the cube at the beginning of the promotion.
15. Entries are limited to one entry per person per night of this promotion. Participation as a cash cube contestant is limited to one time per person during the two day Summer Cash Cube promotional event (May 29 & May 30, 2004).
16. By submitting an entry form for Dairyland’s $2,500 Cash Cube promotion, contestants agree to participate at their own risk. Participants must acknowledge in writing that they have read the rules for the contest before entering the cash cube.
17. Employees of Dairyland Greyhound Park, and those who have been employed at Dairyland Greyhound Park within the past 12 months, are not eligible to win. This promotion is open to anyone at least 18 years of age or over at the time of the contest. If Dairyland Management determines any entry illegible, that entry will be void from the contest.
18. Dairyland Greyhound Park, vendors, contract kennels and their employees, the Wisconsin Department of Administration Division of Gaming, Dairyland Greyhound Park advertising/promotional agencies and their employees, all Dairyland Greyhound Park affiliated services, and their immediate families are not eligible.
19. All federal, state, and local taxes apply. Taxes on cash prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prizes are not exchangeable for any reason.
20. Dairyland Greyhound Park and promotional agencies are not responsible for lost or misdirected entries.
21. Dairyland Greyhound Park reserves the right to interpret the rules for all of its drawings and/or promotions and its interpretation shall be final.
22. Proof of age and valid documentation for proof of social security number required of contestant(s) and winner(s) by Dairyland Greyhound Park.
