2001 Dairyland Greyhound Park
$2,000 Summer Handicapping Contest
Friday Evening, July 20, 2001
$2,000 Autumn Handicapping Contest
Friday Evening, October 19, 2001

1. No purchase necessary to win.  You must be 18 years of age or over to participate.  Proof of age required.
2. Admission fee is required to enter the track, but is not required to receive a contest entry form.
3. Participants must be at Dairyland Greyhound Park at the time of the prize drawing presentation.
4. Hand print your name, age, address and the numbers of your selections on the official entry form and submit the top portion in any of the official entry form boxes.
5. Participants must select the third place finisher in race four.  Participants can select up to three  greyhounds in race four.  If any one of the greyhounds you select in race four finish 1st, 2nd or 3rd, you advance to race five.
6.  Participants must select the third place finisher in race five.  Participants can select up to two greyhounds in race five.   If any one of the greyhounds you select in race five finish 1st, 2nd or 3rd, you advance to race seven.
7. Participants must select the Quiniela in races seven and eight.  Participants can select up to four greyhounds in race seven and up to three greyhounds in race eight.  If any two of your four selections chosen in race seven finish first and second, you advance to race eight.  Then, if any two of your three selections chosen in race eight finish first and second, you advance to race nine.
8. Participants must correctly select the Trifecta in race nine.  Participants can select up to five greyhounds in race nine.  Three of those five greyhounds selected must finish 1st, 2nd & 3rd.
9. Participants who correctly select, in consecutive order, races 4, 5, 7, 8  & 9 will win a share of $1,000.
10. If no one selects races 4, 5, 7, 8 & 9 correctly, then the $1,000 will be awarded to the single person, or  shared  equally with the persons who correctly select the most races in consecutive order, starting with race four.  The person or persons who correctly select the most races in consecutive order, starting with race four, shall then be eligible for the additional $1,000 bonus prize for the Superfecta portion in race eleven (11).
11. Should a person’s selection in any of the races, in this contest, become a late scratch, that person will be given the post time betting  favorite (determined by the “Win” money wagered) in that race.  If the person already has the post time betting  favorite (determined by the “Win” money wagered) among his or her selections, that person will then be given  the second post time betting  favorite (determined by the “Win” money wagered) in that race.  If the person already has the first and second post time betting  favorite (determined by the “Win” money wagered) among his or her selections, that person will then be given the third post time betting  favorite (determined by the “Win” money wagered) in that race.  If the person already has the first, second and third post time betting  favorite (determined by the “Win” money wagered) among his or her selections, that person will then be given the fourth post time betting  favorite (determined by the “Win” money wagered) in that race.  This rule also applies to the fifth through eighth betting favorites, if needed.  (A late scratch is any greyhound that is scratched from a race after wagering has commenced for that given performance.)
12. Only those individuals who correctly select, starting with the first race of this contest, which is greyhound race four, the most races in consecutive order shall then be eligible for the additional $1,000 prize for the Superfecta portion in race eleven (11).   If no one selects the Superfecta in exact order, the $1,000 will be awarded to the single person, or shared with among the persons, who correctly selects the greyhounds to run 1st, 2nd, & 3rd in exact order with any greyhound in the 4th position.  Should no one select the Superfecta with the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd finishers in exact order with any greyhound in the 4th position, the $1,000 will be awarded to the single person, or shared with among the persons, who correctly selects the greyhounds to run 1st & 2nd in exact order with any greyhounds in the 3rd & 4th positions.  Should no one select the Superfecta with the 1st & 2nd finishers in exact order with any greyhounds in the 3rd & 4th positions, the $1,000 will be awarded to the single person, or shared with among the persons, who correctly selected the greyhound to run 1st in with any greyhounds in the 2nd, 3rd, & 4th positions.  Should no one select the Superfecta with the 1st place finisher with any greyhounds in the 2nd, 3rd & 4th positions, the $1,000 will be awarded to the single person, or shared among the persons, who has/have advanced to the Superfecta race.
13. Entries for the Handicapping Contest must be received no later than the start of the third live greyhound race on Friday evening, July 20, 2001.
14. Entries are limited to one entry per person.  Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
15. Employees of Dairyland Greyhound Park, and those who have been employed at Dairyland Greyhound Park within the past 12 months, are not eligible to win. This promotion is open to anyone at least 18 years of age or over at the time of the contest. If Dairyland Management determines any entry illegible, that entry will be void from the contest.
16. Dairyland Greyhound Park, vendors, contract kennels and their employees, the Wisconsin Department of  Administration Division of Gaming, Dairyland Greyhound Park advertising/promotional agencies and their employees, all Dairyland Greyhound Park affiliated services, and their immediate families are not eligible.
17. All federal, state, and local taxes apply.  Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.  Prizes are not exchangeable for any reason.
18. Dairyland Greyhound Park and promotional agencies are not responsible for lost or misdirected entries.
19. Dairyland Greyhound Park reserves the right to interpret the rules for all of its drawings and/or promotions.
20. Proof of age and valid documentation for proof of social security number required of winner by Dairyland Greyhound Park.

The term “race” in the above rules for Dairyland Greyhound Park’s $2,000 Handicapping Contest refers to the specified Dairyland Greyhound Park live greyhound race on Friday night, July 20, 2001 or October 19, 2001, respectively.
